1. Order Processing Time
All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We will always do our best to notify you of any delays.
2. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are shipped based on the estimated date provided on the product page.
These dates are supplied by our manufacturers or distributors and may change due to production or shipping delays beyond our control.
If there are any changes to your pre-order date, we’ll contact you via email with an update.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly with the carrier.

We cannot ship bicycles or oversized items to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some products (such as batteries or large accessories) may have additional shipping restrictions or fees depending on the destination.
6. Delays and Lost Packages
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Street Bike Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team, and we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
7. Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
