At Street Bike Co., your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help! We offer a 30-day return policy on most new and unused items.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:
We cannot accept returns for:

Bicycles or parts that have been assembled, used, or show signs of wear.
Gift cards.
Clearance or final-sale items.
Custom-built or special-order products.

How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email us at info@streetbikeco.com or use our contact form to request a Return Authorization (RA).
Prepare Your Package: Repack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and your RA number.
Ship It Back: Send your return to the address provided by our support team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with your order (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
